Sometimes I think we just aren’t supposed to know and the unknown is what is so inviting. It’s the every now and again moments when you aren’t expecting anything that the supposed to be nothing walks right in the door and stares you down, promising, alluring yet tempting you to try more.
It wasn’t supposed to be anything that was the point, it was just another New Years Eve dressed to impress, alcohol free, fine in 09’.
And there he stood the moment of nothing passed by and before I even noticed I had been swept away into the nothingness of all that was not supposed to be.
“He has a plan for you, one that has not yet been revealed” “Come on you know better, it’s when you’re not looking that it comes to find you”
Yeah I know I’ve been told it all before but it’s so surreal, so unwarranted.
But my heart’s involved now and well I wake up without regret each day with a smile in my heart that yearns for more. There is an honesty in his words, a linger for more on his lips and every time his hands rub across my body, they leave a taste of weakness.
He’s all you hope for, all you want and in the promise of forever, all you’ll ever need.
